錄用條件

• 以滿足生產(chǎn)為目的,根據(jù)公司生產(chǎn)需求制定原材料采購(gòu)計(jì)劃；同時(shí)根據(jù)客戶需求，制定進(jìn)口貿(mào)易件的采購(gòu)及物流計(jì)劃。

Making prematerial purchasing plan object to production demand; Makingtrading parts purchasing and delivery plan according to the customer request.

• 確保原材料、進(jìn)口貿(mào)易件及時(shí)到廠，滿足公司生產(chǎn)及運(yùn)營(yíng)需要；

Make sure pre-material and trading parts delivery in time and meet companydemand.

• 跟蹤原料及貿(mào)易件的運(yùn)輸狀態(tài)，并做相應(yīng)記錄；

Chasing the shipping status of pre-material and trading parts, keepingrecords accordingly.

• 評(píng)估及解決所有供給問(wèn)題；

Evaluate and drive resolution on all material supply issues

• 以最優(yōu)的運(yùn)輸方式安排所需原材料，貿(mào)易件，維修備件等及時(shí)到廠，避免超額運(yùn)費(fèi)。及時(shí)完成進(jìn)口材料的報(bào)關(guān)，通關(guān)工作。

Using the best transportation option to arrange material, trading parts,spare parts etc arrives in time, avoid premium freight.  Finishing the customs clearance job in time.

• 參與內(nèi)部與外部成本節(jié)儉項(xiàng)目；

Participate in cost and cycle time reduction internally and externally.

• 供應(yīng)商定期評(píng)價(jià)及商務(wù)談判；

Suppliers’ evaluations as well as business negotiation etc.

• 由經(jīng)理分配的其他任務(wù)

Other tasks assigned by linemanager.

 

任職要求

• 最低學(xué)歷要求 Minimum EducationRequirements:

本科以上學(xué)歷

Bachelor degree or above;

• 最低經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求 Minimum ExperienceRequirements:

3年以上外資企業(yè)采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

At least 3 years purchasing experience in foreign enterprise;

• 必備技能與特質(zhì)Essential Skills& Characteristics:

熟練掌握MS Office, 有SAP經(jīng)驗(yàn)及進(jìn)出口報(bào)關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

Good command of MS Office, SAP, import & export declaration workingexperience preferable;

• 良好的中英文溝通能力

Good communication skill in Chinese & English;

• 具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神

Good Team player

• 客戶為導(dǎo)向的意識(shí)

Strong customer-orientated sense.

 

薪酬福利

• 月薪8-9k , 全年14.3薪，五險(xiǎn)一金，節(jié)假日福利；
